After the first hurdles, such as the legalisation of the house and all building projects, the application for the habitability licence, the granting of the Alojamento Local (the rental licence) were overcome, the biggest challenge came up: the search for the right holiday home management. After all, our own house should be in trustworthy and professional hands. After several unsuccessful attempts with the local companies, our conclusion was sobering. Often we had the feeling that we had no say in the matter, the fees seemed disproportionate, cleanliness and guest service did not meet our expectations. 
In the end, we decided to make a virtue of necessity and set up our own holiday home management company in order to offer our future clients a service that we ourselves would have wished for. 
We take care of our clients' houses as well as our own. With reliability, commitment, an eye for details and the essentials and with a lot of love. The owners should be involved in all decisions and processes and never feel that they no longer own their home. 
As a family business, we and our customers benefit from short communication channels, constant accessibility and high flexibility. I myself have years of experience in marketing. My wife, who is Portuguese and grew up here in the Nazaré area, has many years of experience in the holiday home industry and maintains good relations with the relevant authorities and other important institutions. We speak fluent English, Portuguese and German.
